Refund Policy
There will be no refund provided once the payment has been made. Refund of any amount is the right of Account Officer (Zone-4)/M.B.R.R.B. Department. All refund requests should be sent to Accounts Officer/Zone-4/M.B.R.R.B. Department. After further investigation in case of double payment done by mistake, then we will initiate the issue to higher level.
About us
All receipt related Banking activities are supervised and dealed through Account Officer (zone- 4)/M.B.R.R.R.B. which is a part of Chief Accounts Officer/M.B.R.R.B. Department. All revenue collected by M.B.R.R.B. is deposited in the bank account of Accounts Officer/zone-4/M.B.R.R.B. Department and then that revenue is transferred to Financial Controller/Authority Department.
Privacy and Cancellation Policy
We will not entertain any cancellation request. So be very careful while doing any banking transaction.
Charges Back
If due to technical problem, amount is deducted twice from the depositer's account or after receipt, depositer claim for charges back saying that the transaction is not initiated by him. Then this issue should be mailed to Accounts Officer (Zone-4)/M.B.R.R.B. Department. After reply to the mail the matter should be acted as per our reply.
